Charnwood Marathon

The BB-Charnwood Marathon is a scenic walk / running challenge event taking place in Charnwood, Leicestershire, and starts and finishes at Brush Bowls & Sports Club. There are two course options: a long route of 27 miles and a short route of 17 miles, taking in the Outwoods, Blackbrook Reservoir, Mount St Bernard Abbey, Bardon Hill, Copt Oak, short loop goes to Beacon Hill whilst long route goes to Bradgate Park, Swithland Woods and Woodhouse Eaves.

Date: Saturday 22 March 2025

Entry: LDWA Members £17,  Non-Members £21. Registration includes snacks and drinks at checkpoints, a hot meal at the finish and a certificate for all finishers. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they are insured and kept on a lead. Participants must be 18 years or older and the event has a limit of 300. No entries on the day.
