Entry: LDWA Members £17, Non-Members £21, 16–17-year-olds £7.
Registration includes snacks and drinks at checkpoints, a hot meal at the finish and a certificate for all finishers. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, provided they are insured and kept on a lead. Participants must be 16 years or older.
16–17-year-olds are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsible adult/ legal guardian who is 18 years or older for the duration of the event.
The event has a limit of 300
Entrance will be through the Si Entries online entries system
27 miles Route
Starting from Brush Bowls & Sports Club through the Outwood’s using the (official footpath), Blackbrook Reservoir, Mount St Bernard Abbey, (CP1) Bardon Hill, Copt Oak (CP2) then from here onto Newtown Linford and into Bradgate Park then onto Cropston (CP3) from here skirt back round and through Swithland Woods and in to Woodhouse Eaves, finally back through the Outwoods and back to HQ
18 miles Route
Starting from Brush Bowls & Sports Club through the Outwood’s using the (official footpath), Blackbrook Reservoir, Mount St Bernard Abbey, (CP1) Bardon Hill, Copt Oak (CP2) then from here onto Beacon Hill and back through the Outwoods and back to HQ
Route B
If there is high winds on the day of the event the Outwoods maybe closed to the general public if this is the case please use route B, this will skirt round the wood and back to HQ
